It's got all the stuff you need. August 17, 2008 Shirley C. Young (San Diego, CA) I like all the features it's got to offer. Different sounds and music as well as a remote control, even though we haven't used it all that much. It didn't take my husband that long to put it together. The bassinet pad offers great support and is not too soft, which I really like. The hanging animals make it a mini play gym. The only thing is the vibration from the music part seems a bit weird, and I am not sure if that's bad for the baby's brain. Also, this particular color isn't as desired as the other ones.
Great, just one flaw (IMO) May 5, 2008 New Mom (New York, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great quality. I love this play yard b/c it's so spacious & has the option to attach the toy gym. Can be opened & closed in less than a minute (once you mastered the steps). My daughter loves playing in it. The only flaw in my opinion is that the arms to toy gym are snapped onto the corners of the mattress. That's not a problem for small infants that would use it while in the bassinet, but my daughter is at the curious teething stage & is too heavy for the bassinet portion (toy gym is for using in the bassinet or when putting the mattress on the floor). Teething babies that are in the bottom portion of the playard could try to gum down on the corner snaps (& probably hurt themselves). Called the manufacturer about this & the cust. svc. rep. acknowledged that this is a possibility, but didn't have a solution. Thankfully standard playard sheets fit the mattress & cover up the protruding snaps. Despite that one issue, I still think this is a great buy. Bought 2: one for home & one for gma's house. Easy enough to travel back in forth with, but I prefer to leave mine home, opened & ready.
