5 out of 5 stars Love this product!   May 30, 2008

This was my first purchase of a Haba toy product, and I love it! Not only is the toy well-made, but it is absolutely adorable, and there are so many neat little details that my baby loves (a flag that goes up and down, the door that opens and closes, a little bird that pops up on one wall, crinkly paper in the leaves). It is very easy to pack up in the plastic case that it comes in, and I think it will be great for imagination and making up stories once my daughter gets a little older (she just turned one). For now, she likes playing with the castle, and with the princess and knight - which she calls "babies". I would definitely recommend this product!

3 out of 5 stars Made in China!?!   May 16, 2008

This is such a cute toy, but as the TINY writing on the label says it is designed in Germany, but MADE IN CHINA. Why would I want to buy a German toy that is made in China- falsely advertised as European quality of standards which in lieu of all the recalls really do matter to this otherwise laid back & easy-going mom. I have other HABA toys that are all made in Germany- that's why were paying the premium for these toys, right?! But, this is NOT one of them. Sad sad sad.

We bought this as a gift for my niece on her first birthday. She was interested in it right away. There are lots of great moving pieces on the castle and the dragon has a cute segmented body -- the adults in the room couldn't resist playing. I'm not sure how long it will hold her interest, but when she opened it it was a hit.

5 out of 5 stars Love this castle!!!   January 30, 2008

I love this toy. It is so cute and my 7 month old loves it too. It is easy to fold and use for travel. It has lots of little things on the castle for her to play with and the dragon is a rattle too. I know that as my daughter gets older she will continue to play with this and find even more things to do with it.

My 2 and a half year old received this last year for Christmas and loves it. There are so many options to play. There is a bag to store it in when you aren't playing with it.
