works great January 8, 2009 Albert Houston This thing is awesome.it blows away the competition.the only thing wrong i could find was the straps next to the babys head are a little scratchy so my wife made some soft covers to go over them. He loves it at 4 and half months.
Only toy my baby likes for more than 3 minutes December 22, 2008 Seattle mom (Seattle, WA) We recently got this baby bouncer based on the high reviews of the product and it didn't disappoint. My son has not taken to any toys for a long length of time and this one seemed like a good idea to save our arms from bouncing him ourselves. He now can bounce in this for 20 minutes or more and just laughs, laughs, laughs. We do have a double doorway that we put him in at home - when we have traveled putting him in the single doorway was tight as one reviewer mentioned. I am so happy to finally have found something that he loves!
Good but hard to get on November 26, 2008 Safety Mama (Indiana) I bought this bouncer because I wanted one that would be safe, comfortable, and easy to use for my baby. This one delivers on all accounts. The only downsides are that it does not fit wide doorways, and it takes some effort to put baby in it. By the time I'd get my baby in it and hooked up, she would often be in a bad mood and not last long in it. I made the mistake, though, of introducing her to the bouncer after she could crawl. At that point, I think it felt imprisoning to her rather than freeing. I wish I had given it to her several months earlier (once she could hold her head up steadily).
Really bad for single-door-width doorways - buy the jumperoo instead November 20, 2008 PSKW (Basking Ridge, NJ, USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought this item after reading the wonderful reviews posted. I am assuming that the writers of the reviews have double-width doorways. That's the only explanation I can imagine that would warrant such high praise. I don't have a doorway that wide, and as such, I think this product is terrible. I'll give credit where credit is due - as advertised, it does keep your little one upright, the harness is secure and it is, in fact, really easy to install, though getting your baby in it takes some patience. The thing is that babies don't always jump perfectly straight up. I put my 7-month old son in this, adjusted the height just as the directions indicate, and he turned sideways to look around and jumped face first into the door frame. Just as it takes some patience to get your child in the harness, it takes some doing to get your crying baby out as well. Unless you plan to hold onto your child as they jump, don't buy this for a single door width doorway. I bought the Rainforest Jumperoo to replace this product. It does come with a lot of bells and whistles, but it also keeps your baby upright - no slumping - and it's a lot safer. You don't have to install all the toys that come with it anyway.
My nephew loves it! November 14, 2008 A. Brown (California) My nephew gets bored easily of anything after about 5 minutes. He is four months old, and I bought this for his christmas gift. I just recieved it last night, and I opened it to look at it. It is not very difficult to use. I love the fact that the harness can be just thrown in the washer to cklean with no difficulty at all, and tha it is completely ajustable. My nephew is very tall for his age, and I do not think he will outgrow this anytime soon. I put him in it this morning and he was a little confused at first, but once he figured it out, he loved it!!! He played in it for about 45 minutes so far, and he is still bouncing away! I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
