Great Christmas present! January 9, 2009 N. Hanks (Coal Valley, IL) I bought these toys for my niece for Christmas. She loves them! She was a little less than 6 months old when we gave her the toys, and they are very good at keeping her entertained. The suction cups are a great idea, however they do tend to come unstuck when she plays with them a lot. However, this would definitely not keep me from buying the toys.
baby needs 1; 2 is overkill July 14, 2008 Smiley Bride (New York, NY) I purchased both of these on the theory that if one is good, two is better. It turns out that the original Fascination Station is superior and the extra one is superfluous. I believe it is a good choice for baby's development because it is easy to make the main wheel and the subordinate pieces spin, and making something that dramatic happen gives baby a sense of power over her world. I think the bold graphics are good visual stimulation. I think the different textures are interesting (although, for whatever reason, baby doesn't prefer this toy for teething...). I introduced this when baby was 6 or 7 months old and at 10 months she still likes it. It is good for me because it is small and can fit into a diaper bag for take-along distraction. Note (it took me a couple of months to figure this out) that original one (not the cow one) comes out of the suction cup -- a nice feature. The previous reviewers are right that the suction cup does not work for staying fixed to a highchair tray when pitted against a baby with any hand strength, but oh well...
Cute toy but suction is not great May 6, 2008 MMead (big apple) We thought this toy would keep our baby busy in his high chair while we're eating dinner, but it's pretty frustrating to him as the suction cup is weak and the toy falls over. Ah, well.
suction does not work April 13, 2008 A. Langston (New York, NY) my daughter really likes the ring toy (not the cow jumping over the moon - it's too big and clunky) but neither one stays put AT ALL! not for 2 seconds. if you want a toy that sticks, look elsewhere.
ok product April 5, 2008 Dina Altwam (brooklyn ny) like the toys, but they dont suction for more than a few minutes!!! any suggestions??
