2 out of 5 stars Great Idea...Not So Great Quality   July 10, 2007
T. Jeppesen (Utah)
I was very happy with the SideKick Diaper Bag at first. It has lots of handy pockets and is cleverly designed with the carrier inside. It is very practical, but very poor quality. Within one week, the first zipper broke on the bottom of the bag. Then a couple months later another zipper broke completely off. Now, the main zipper I use the most to keep my keys in, gets stuck shut all the time and won't open until you try over and over and over. I bought this bag on sale for $45 and I'm not sure it was worth even that. Now, just 2 months later, I'm looking for a new bag because of the cheaply made zippers!! Very dissappointing!! Why do they charge $79 for this bag and then put the poorest quality of zippers inside?? Think twice before ordering...

1 out of 5 stars Great idea, but...   May 14, 2007

I ordered this bag thinking that it would solve all my problems with carrying a baby plus diaper bag and in theory it would have but... the bag is extremely uncomfortable once the baby is strapped in. The strap around the shoulder rides on the wearer's neck and the baby is sitting way too low, which causes a lot of painful pressure on the hippone of the wearer. Also, the bag is not very big... it would only fit maybe a onesie a few diapers and some wipes and that is it! I was so disappointed in this product that I returned it the next day. I bought a sling pouch instead and am much happier with it!

5 out of 5 stars Convenient and Stylish!   February 19, 2007

It's so difficult to carry a huge diaper bag while having your baby in a carrier. This product solves that problem! And it's cute too. I was shopping at Babys 'R' Us recently and the sales girl asked where I got my "super cute" diaper bag/carrier. I told her and she insisted to her manager that the store start carrying the item (no word yet on whether or not they will). I have recommended this bag to all my friends and bought two as shower gifts. It's the ultimate in convenience and fashion.

5 out of 5 stars Outstanding bag, It as a place for everything   January 30, 2007

We've used this since our baby was born three months ago. It has a the perfect combination of space for baby accessories as well as your own. It has two small external pockets for extra bottles and a large inside pouch where we keep most of the diapers and larger gear (as well as inside compartments). It also has a small cell phone pocket outside which we use. The bag is excellent quality and not so large as to be awkward to carry around. Our baby is still too small to use the convertible sling but I have seen it used on older children.

We'll be getting these as gifts for our friends who are expecting.
