The Bell Boomerang Kids Bike Helmet is constructed of an EPS foam liner securely affixed to a molded outer shell with a super-adhesive strip. Stretchy, yet firm material on the inside of the helmet hugs the child's head for a comfortable and secure fit. The PinchGuard buckle that secures the helmet under the chin is specifically designed to prevent kids from pinching their necks. A very nice looking helmet. It fits my Grandson perfectly. It's a sturdy product. I'm so glad I purchased it. My only complaint was the price. I could get a toddlers helmet for $20 to max $25.

The helmet fits fantastic on my 10 month baby's head. I love how it comes with extra foam padding, just in case the helmet is too big. The only problem is that my toddler absolutely hates this helmet! I have tried to get him to wear it, but no luck. I'm still not going to give it. He just doesn't like anything on his head.
