Amazon.com Fisher-Price's Aquarium-themed baby gear collection receives raves from most parents for offering multiple soothing methods without over-stimulating baby's senses. The two-position seat on this swing reclines and rotates 90 degrees to rock side to side for newborns, simulating the movement of a cradle. The swing also props up and adjusts to move back and forth, providing comforting motion for older infants. Parents are sure to find a pace that works best to calm their fussy baby from among the swing's six different speeds. If movement alone doesn't work, the swing plays eight different songs and three relaxing ocean sounds at the volume level of choice. And, if that still doesn't do the trick, there is an overhead water globe that catches baby's eye with its swimming sea creatures and flashing lights or baby can watch the four plush fish encircle overhead on the motorized mobile. A toy tray with an attached bead bar entertains babies during waking hours. The soft seat pad and infant head support cushion baby comfortably and are covered in a fun aquatic fabric that is machine-washable. This swing supports babies that weigh between 0 and 25 pounds and requires four "D" batteries for operation. --Cristina Vaamonde

Decent Swing December 31, 2008 Matthew Hill (Annandale, VA United States) We got this swing for our son and it worked great for the first few months. The battery life is rather good and our son seems to like it. The only con's I have are the songs gets old very quickly and my major complaint is sometimes it creeks which wakes my son up. As you all know just getting your child to sleep and having them woken up by a creeky swing can be very frustraiting.
I love this swing! December 24, 2008 S. Ramer (Indiana) We have had this swing since 2003. It is very sturdy and has held up for our 3 children. With each child we have been so happy to have the swing. It's allowed us to take a shower...eat...have peace while the baby sleeps, etc. This is a definite must have.
Great swing, well worth the money December 9, 2008 M. Lindenbusch (Midwest) We received this swing back in 2004 before our first son was born. It has since gotten us through 2 more babies. Every one of them napped in this swing for hours at a time! My most recent baby (6 mo) would sleep in this at night! I love the side to side motion. The batteries surprisingly last quite a while, especially with the use we put it through. We did use the mobile a bit, but did not use the music feature of this swing. The best thing about this swing, and what sets it apart from others is the choice of side to side swinging or traditional forward/backward swinging. I would definitely recommend this product.
Awesome and durable product November 17, 2008 Sara's mommy (King of Prussia, PA) This swing saved my sanity through two children. My second was a little colicky but this got us through! It has lasted over 5 years including 3 years in storage. When we took the swing out for our second child, we replaced the batteries, it was like starting it for the first time. No noise, the music sounded perfect, the fish dome worked, and the swing worked in both directions. The folding of the swing is a great feature too. Although it still stands high, it helps with footspace in our home. Great durable product! Well worth the money!
Great Buy November 9, 2008 Ava (Lauderdale Lakes, FL United States) I love this swing. There are times that I some time for myself and I put my son in the swing and he is totally relaxed and enjoying the fishes circling around.. sometimes he stretches his little arms to touch the fishes.. This swing gives me the freedom to get some work done w/o having to worry about my child's safety. I would recommend this swing to anyone who has a baby or knows someone who is having a baby b/c they will need something to help you hold and soothe your baby when you have to get some work done or need a few minutes to yourself.
