Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com Product Description

Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Baby Wipes are made with your baby, and your environment, in mind. Unlike conventional baby wipes, Seventh Generation Wipes are not bleached with chlorine, and don't contain alcohol, fragrance, or synthetic ingredients that may irritate baby's sensitive skin.

Completely Natural Cleaning for Your Baby
Every caregiver wants what's best for their children and the world they will grow up in. Studies show that children are disproportionately affected by daily exposures to toxic chemicals. But caregivers often had to choose between products that worked and products that were healthy for their baby and the planet. Until now.

When chlorine and chlorine derivatives are used in industrial processes (such as bleaching paper and wood pulp), they produce substances called chlorinated hydrocarbons, which persist in the environment, accumulate in animals and people, and can be toxic to human and environmental health. The production of chlorine can also release the toxic metal mercury into the environment.

These baby wipes are made with all-natural ingredients, including water, Polysorbate 20 (a cleansing agent derived from sugar), glycerin (soothes and cleanses skin, vegetable-oil derived), citric acid (provides stability and pH balance), potassium sorbate (a natural preservative), aloe barbadensis gel (helps heal skin), and tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E acetate, helps heal skin).

Hypo-allergenic, whitened without chlorine bleach, unscented, and alcohol free, Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Baby Wipes offer are perfect for around the house.

About Seventh Generation
Seventh Generation offers a complete line of natural household products designed to work as well as their traditional counterparts, but use renewable, non-toxic, phosphate-free, and biodegradable ingredients as often as possible, and are never tested on animals. Seventh Generation products are healthy and safe for the air, the surfaces, the pets, and the people in your home--and for the environment outside of it. Every time you use Seventh Generation products you make a difference by saving natural resources, keeping toxic chemicals out of the environment, and making the world a safer place for this and the next seven generations.

5 out of 5 stars Great wipes!!!   January 3, 2009
A. Grigorova (Chicago, IL United States)
I have been using this wipes since my baby was born and I love them. She turned out being with very sensitive skin but she never got irritated from this wipes - even as a newborn baby.

5 out of 5 stars This is great!   December 30, 2008
Balaji (CA USA)
We have been using this for 10 months so far for our baby. This works great. Each wipe is of good size so no mess. Will recommend for others! The price may be little bit more expensive than other wipes though.

1 out of 5 stars don't work like they used to   December 27, 2008
zinnia829 (Connecticut)
I don't know what it is about this recent batch that I received. They seem old--drier than usual. And even when I spritz extra water on, they just don't seem to clean well at all. I can not get rid of a strong urine smell, for example, and cleaning after a soiled diaper is particularly frustrating. I see little advantage of these over a wet rag. The only good thing about them is that I will not have to grumble about them for long. I seem to be using at least 2-3 times as many wipes, trying to get bottoms clean. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I have not been happy with this product and I will be canceling my subscription.

5 out of 5 stars baby wipes   December 24, 2008

lets save the environment for our children and this is a great way to do it without the sacrifice of changing your style. they work like all other wipes and are great for sensitive skin as well.

5 out of 5 stars No Diaper Rash   December 22, 2008
C. Bevilacqua
This product is not only good for the earth, but my baby has had no issues with diaper rash. It doesn't have a strong smell and is not soaked in liquid, so not freezing to their touch. Of course, one of the most important factors..it does a great job with the cleanup.
