This nursing sleep bra does an adequate job, but if I were to do it over again, I don't think I would order it. I guess bras are seldom one-size-fits-all. I am 5'8" and wear a 36b. I ordered a large (a size up based on the recommendations of other reviewers)and a smaller size definitely would not have fit. The cups provide all the coverage that I need, but it is hard to imagine how they would work for someone bustier. Also, the straps are not adjustable so the back rides up way too far. Perhaps it would work better for someone shorter? I do wear the bra at night with nursing pads and the material is comfortable and the draw back cups make it easy to night nurse. It prevents leakage at night for me, however I wouldn't wear the bra during the day because it is not at all supportive.

This is easily one of my top 5 "MUST HAVES" for pregnancy. For most women, pregnancy equals sore, uncomfortable, and sometimes even swollen breasts that just don't always want to cooperate at night. Who needs to add that to the long list of things making sleep at night almost impossible?
This sleep bra is wonderful for giving that extra support you'll need at night without causing the soreness that a regular bra can cause. I barely feel it all night.
This is NOT a bra to be used during the daytime. It's not made for that, and it really won't work well if you're hoping to use it that way.
I got two of these for my first pregnancy, and I never want to be pregnant one without at least one!
It's also perfect for breastfeeding. It's really easy to use and move when you need to breastfeed, it will hold breast pads in place overnight for you, and you don't even have to deal with annoying snaps that other breastfeeding bras have. Who wants to fumble around half asleep at 3 am with snaps and hooks while a baby is crying at you?

I loved the first one I bought, and went for the second. The only thing it is hard to guess your size the first time, but since the difference is not that much, I can still use the M and the L, of course a bit more loose. Soft, light fabric, ideal for the warm weather, no hard parts, ideal for sleeping and or around the house. I recommend it.
Fabric nice, but not comfy August 19, 2010

The fabric is soft, stretchy, and does a pretty good job of mild support during sleep, but I can't bear to wear it. The sides are sewn securely, but at the bottom edge of the band it is pointy where it digs into the skin and is quite unbearable. I tried wearing it a couple of times, but ended up with lesions that caused pain then when wearing my regular pain-free day bras.
As far as I can tell, there's no way to get rid of the point without compromising the integrity of the seam.
I can't recommend this product just because who knows if you'll get one that has pointy edges or not...
